Introduction

BIMStudio Sdn Bhd is a BIM solutions provider for the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry in Malaysia. As a pioneer of BIM, one of the directors started with Revit in 2001 in Singapore before Autodesk acquired the software.

BIMStudio provides a comprehensive range of services and solutions for all project phases from concept & design to handover & facilities management. We have also demonstrated to JKR Malaysia and JKR Sarawak that the JKR Penjana Nama can be automated, which we developed, within Archicad. We have also developed the automated IBS Scoring in Archicad.

BIMStudio is also a reseller of the Archicad BIM software. We would prefer to refer Archicad as the Design and Virtual Building Information Modelling software instead of the commonly termed Building Information Modelling software. As we all know, the importance of BIM is the collaboration and our mission is to achieve ZERO clash detection. Our experiences over the years have narrowed down that Archicad, with its superior Teamwork and BIMcloud technologies, is the only BIM software that is possible to achieve our objective. But this is only possible when every consultants work together in the same ONE BIM model simultaneously. This workflow saves lots of time and resources in managing a BIM project successfully.
